TRAILER OF ONE OF MY FAVOURITE SERIES

PEAKY BLINDERS Peaky blinders is a British crime drama created by Steven Knight. It talks about the story of the Shelby family considered to be a gangster group, who actually existed after the First World War in Birmingham. It narrates the everyday life of this ambitious family, centered on Tommy Shelby, the main character. The main characters are  : Tommy Shelby, leader of the Peaky Blinders, interpreted by Cillian Murphy. Arthur Shelby (Paul Anderson), John Shelby (Joe Cole),  Finn Shelby (Harry Kirton), brothers of Tommy and coleaders. Polly Shelby, aunt of all of them, interpreted by Helen McCrory. Michael Gray, son of Polly interpreted by Finn Cole.   This series has 5 seasons, in which you can see the evolution of the Peaky Blinders´ bussiness. They were released on 2013 (Season 1), 2014 (Season 2), 2016 (Season 3), 2017 (Season 4) and 2019 (Season 5). ONE BOOK THAT I LIKED

    Requiem por un campesino español is a novel written by Ramon J. Sender in 1953. I read this book two years ago, because it was optional for Spanish Language in 2nd of High School, and I actually liked it. It talks about the history of Paco el del Molino, narrated by Mosén Millán, the priest that baptized him and who saw him getting older. Paco was considerated a rebel, and because of this, he was being persecuted. Mosen Millán, who was told that Paco wouldn´t die, betrayed him and told the authorities where Paco was hiding, but the authorities killed Paco. As the priest could have saved Paco, feels guilty due to his dead, what was used by the author to express the social reality that he was living. The most important characters are: - Mosén Millán, priest and narrator of the novel - Paco el del Molino, main character, whose life is narrated from his birth until his death. It´s a short book that makes you empathize with Paco and feel bad for his bad luck, at the end.  ...

TYPES OF TOOLS

       In this entry, I´m going to talk about some tools and their function:  Needlenose pliers are used to fold, reorientate and cut wires.    Needlenose tweezers are used to pick up small objects.    Snips are used to cut wires.    Clippers are used to cut anything harder than copper.   Wire strippers are used to cut the plastic from the wires.

  Hello everyone, in this post I´m going to give you my opinion about some kind of ads that I have read about in this link:  https://www.talentlyft.com/en/blog/article/268/top-10-best-job-ad-examples First of all, I´m going to talk about the ones, that I liked the most. Example 2, 5, and 6, are my favourite ones, because of their simplicity, and direct information, that makes you catch the idea of the advertisement with just a look. Thanks to this, you are able to know if you are interested in that job or not. Nevertheless, there are some ads that I disliked, mostly because of their long text and non visual information, that, in my opinion is esential in this kind of announcements. They have to be catchy, so more people would be interested in them. To me, example 1 doesn´t have this characteristics that I have mentioned before, so I would remove it from this post.

TRAILER OF ONE OF MY FAVOURITES FILMS: SHAFT

 I´ve chosen this trailer because I saw this film, Shaft, a year ago and it´s still among my favourites films.   It mixes action with comedy that is what I liked most, having tension scenes blended with funny ones too.  Also the actors are so charismatic, what I appreciate a lot in films.

This video shows how to hit a knuckleball, a shot  that makes the ball move strangely in the air so it is more difficult to catch for the opponent goalkeeper. It shows the correct technique step by step so people as me that like football can learn easily this kind of shot that requires a lot of practice.
